-Examples: The cultures of the Aztecs and the Egyptians revolved around land forms such as the mountains the Aztecs constructed their pyramids around and the Nile river that was a major source of water. culture and life for the Egyptians.
Enviromental Perception
the way that the environments are thought to look inside one's head because of experiences, emotions and prior beliefs.
-Examples: Young children sometimes see the world as a fairy tale land they know from books and from what aspects of science they think they understand.

belief that Humans are dominant over and have control over nature.
-Examples: Humans control factors of the environment such as water purification systems and deforestation.
